These terms apply when you use this store or buy anything from it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

What you are buying

Every product in this store is a digital file. It is a planner you download after checkout. Nothing is shipped.

You are responsible for having a device and an app that can open the files. The product page lists what the files work with.

Your licence to use it

When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files yourself, for as long as you like. You may print copies for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, give away or publish the files, or any part of them. You may not use them to create a competing product. You may not use them commercially (for example, with clients, students or a team) without our written permission.

The files and everything in them remain our intellectual property.

Delivery

Your download is available as soon as your payment is approved. The details are also sent to the email address you gave at checkout.

If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first. Then contact us and we will get it to you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. They may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers. You confirm you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Refunds

All digital sales are final. Our Refund Policy has the full detail, including the file and access problems we will always fix for you at no charge.

What we do and don't promise

We work hard to make these products useful and to describe them accurately. We do not promise any particular result. These are planning and tracking tools. What you get out of them depends on the work you put in.

Nothing in this store is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

• The Gym PR Tracker is a training log. It is not a training programme or medical guidance. Speak to a doctor before changing how you train.
• The Money Tracker is a budgeting worksheet. It is not financial advice. Speak to a qualified adviser about your own situation.

The store and the files are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to try to get into parts of it that are not meant for you. We may cancel an order or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Keep your account details and download links to yourself. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
