What we collect
When you buy something. Your name, email address, billing address and order details. We also receive the last four digits, card type and expiry of your payment card from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse. Standard information your browser sends — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the site you came from — plus cookies as described below.
When you contact us. Whatever you choose to put in your message, along with your email address so we can reply.
Why we use it
- To process your order, deliver your files and send order confirmations
- To provide support, including fixing download and file problems
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it
- To send marketing email, but only if you have asked us to
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store work:
- Shopify — hosts this store and processes orders and payments on our behalf
- Payment providers — including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, to take payment securely
- Our email provider — to send order confirmations and, where you have opted in, marketing
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
Cookies
This store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and securing checkout. It may also use analytics cookies to count visits and understand which pages are useful. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, usually several years. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you, and marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Our service providers, including Shopify, may process and store your information in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place to protect it.

This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
