What do I need to use it?

Any tablet, phone or computer can open it. It works best on an iPad with GoodNotes or Notability. You can also print it. The tabs inside are clickable.

Do I have to wait for Monday or January 1st?

No. Day 1 is the day you start.

What if I miss a day?

Use the Reset Protocol. It shows you how to get back on track without starting over.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final because you get everything instantly. Something won't open? Reply to your order email and we'll fix it within 24 hours.

Is this a subscription?
